Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage a variety of building surveying projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
- Provide expert technical advice and solutions on building issues and defects.
- Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
- Oversee the preparation of reports, schedules, and specifications.
- Mentor and support junior surveyors, assisting with their professional development.
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and strategic initiatives.
- RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record managing complex projects.
- Experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
- Strong understanding of building construction, defects, and regulations.
- Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage teams.
- Proven experience in mentoring junior staff and developing talent.
- Salary up to £75,000 per annum.
- Discretionary bonus up to 65% of pre-tax earnings from projects worked.
