We are working with a prestigious London consultancy seeking a Senior/Associate Chartered Building Surveyor. This is a fantastic opportunity to lead key projects, mentor junior surveyors, and make a tangible impact within a dynamic, collaborative team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a variety of building surveying projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use sectors.
  • Provide expert technical advice and solutions on building issues and defects.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
  • Oversee the preparation of reports, schedules, and specifications.
  • Mentor and support junior surveyors, assisting with their professional development.
  • Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources efficiently.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with senior leadership on business development and strategic initiatives.
What We’re Looking For
  • RICS Chartered Building Surveyor with a proven track record managing complex projects.
  • Experience across commercial, residential, and mixed-use properties.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, and client management skills.
  • Strong understanding of building construction, defects, and regulations.
  • Ability to work independently, take ownership of projects, and manage teams.
  • Proven experience in mentoring junior staff and developing talent.
Package & Benefits
  • Salary up to £75,000 per annum.
