An exciting opportunity for an experienced Building Surveyor to provide professional Surveying and Project Management services for domestic and commercial buildings, covering High Net Worth, Major Loss, and other complex insurance claims.
You’ll assess damaged properties, determine the technical and insurance requirements to resolve claims, and oversee the reinstatement of damaged buildings. The role requires flexibility to travel within the UK and manage a variety of projects with autonomy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities

Deliver professional surveying and project management services for major loss and complex claims.

Project manage and control all cases from start to completion.

Produce accurate, high-quality technical reports, tenders, and contract administration documents.

Ensure all technical advice and documentation meet the highest standards.

Provide exceptional customer service to clients, brokers, policyholders, and insurers.

Liaise effectively with Adjusters, clients, and third parties to achieve best outcomes.

Manage multiple cases efficiently while maintaining a strong focus on detail and client satisfaction.

Attend company offices as required (home-based day-to-day)
A company car will be provided — a full driving licence is required.
What You’ll Bring

Previous experience in a similar surveying or loss-related role.
