The Role
We are seeking an experienced Associate Director of Project Management to support and help grow our occupier-focused Project Management offering in London. This role is suited to a senior project management professional who is highly client-facing, commercially aware, and capable of leading complex occupier projects while contributing to team leadership and business development.
The position offers a clear pathway to Director level for the right individual.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Delivery

Lead the delivery of occupier-led projects, including corporate office fit-outs, refurbishments, relocations and workplace transformation programmes

Act as a day-to-day senior client contact, developing trusted relationships with key stakeholders

Manage multiple concurrent projects, ensuring delivery against agreed programme, cost, quality and risk objectives

Provide strategic project management advice, including procurement routes, programme development and governance

Coordinate multidisciplinary teams including designers, contractors, landlords and internal stakeholders
Team Support & Leadership

Support the Director in the management and mentoring of Project Managers and Senior Project Managers

Provide technical guidance, quality assurance and oversight across live projects

Contribute to resourcing discussions and support the development of junior team members
Business Development

Support the growth of the occupier Project Management portfolio through excellent client service and relationship management

Assist in fee proposals, bid submissions and presentations

Identify and develop opportunities within existing client accounts

Work collaboratively with other service lines to deliver integrated solutions
Commercial & Governance Responsibilities

Manage project fees, variations and commercial performance on own projects

Ensure projects comply with internal governance, quality and risk management processes

Contribute to best practice, process improvement and knowledge sharing across the team
Skills & Experience
Essential
-
Experience operating at Senior Project Manager or Associate Director level within a construction or real estate consultancy

Strong background in occupier project management, particularly corporate office environments
-
Experience delivering projects for financial institutions, professional services and/or technology clients

Confident client-facing skills with the ability to manage senior stakeholders
-
Strong commercial awareness and understanding of consultancy project delivery

Ability to support, mentor and guide less experienced team members
Desirable
-
Chartered status (MRICS, MAPM or equivalent)
-
Experience working on fast-track, high-quality or complex occupier projects
-
Established London market experience and client exposure
