This is a technical, desk-based adjusting role managing complex property claims from cradle to grave — ideal for someone who enjoys high-value work without the constant travel.
🔹 The Role:
• Manage complex property claims exceeding £100,000
• End-to-end handling – validation, quantum, negotiation & settlement
• Apply strong policy interpretation & indemnity knowledge
• Use remote investigation and digital adjusting tools
• Deliver clear, structured, high-quality reports

• Experience within a loss adjusting firm
• Delegated & non-delegated authority exposure
• Strong building pathology knowledge
• Confident negotiation skills
• Excellent stakeholder management & communication
