We are working with a leading international, independent real estate consultancy who is looking for a Project Manager to join their growing team in Manchester. This is a fantastic opportunity to become part of an award-winning project management function delivering a diverse portfolio of high-profile schemes across multiple sectors.
You will play a key role in supporting team growth, delivering innovative projects, and strengthening client relationships across the region.
Projects include:

City-centre high-rise façade remediation schemes

CAT A & CAT B commercial office fit-outs
-
High-end residential amenity space projects
-
Complex laboratory fit-outs
-
Commercial refurbishment and new build developments

Key Responsibilities

End-to-end project management across large-scale commercial projects

Preparing specifications, reports, and tender documentation

Managing internal teams, consultants, and contractors

Supporting senior leaders with refurbishment, fit-out, and new build schemes
-
Building and maintaining strong client relationships

Contributing to the continued growth of the regional project management team
Requirements
-
Experience delivering project management instructions within commercial real estate (office, retail, industrial beneficial)
-
Knowledge of the North-West market or based locally
-
MRICS, APM qualification, or desire to work towards chartership
-
Proactive, motivated, and able to take ownership of projects
-
Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel when required
