An exceptional opportunity has arisen for an experienced Technical Due Diligence (TDD) professional to join a leading global real estate advisory business at Partner level. Based in Central London, this role offers national responsibility across high-profile commercial instructions, with some travel across Europe to support cross-border transactions.
This is a strategic leadership position combining technical excellence, client relationship management, and business development within a highly respected Building Consultancy team.
The Role
As TDD Partner, you will:
Lead and grow the Technical Due Diligence service line nationally
Deliver high-quality pre-acquisition and vendor due diligence reports across commercial asset classes
Advise institutional investors, funds, lenders and corporate occupiers
Manage and develop a high-performing team of surveyors
Drive business development, originating and converting new instructions
Work closely with agency, capital markets, ESG and project management teams
Support European instructions where required
Maintain strong governance, risk management and quality assurance standards
Candidate Profile
We are seeking an ambitious and commercially astute individual with:
MRICS qualification (essential)
Significant experience delivering Technical Due Diligence on large commercial portfolios
Strong exposure to investor and lender-led instructions
Proven ability to generate revenue and develop client relationships
Leadership experience, ideally managing teams or service lines
Excellent commercial acumen and report writing skills
A collaborative, growth-focused mindset
Experience operating at Director level or above within a leading consultancy is highly desirable.
