An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Building Surveyor to join a growing, dynamic team in Cambridge. You will work across a wide variety of instructions including Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance, Due Diligence, Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Reinstatement Cost Assessments, Condition Schedules, and Party Wall Matters.

You’ll work with a diverse client base, including owners, occupiers, and investors across all real estate asset classes. This role offers genuine scope to build strong relationships, develop new clients, and drive opportunities across the business.

 

Salary and Benefits

  • Salary £55,000 to £65,000 per annum

Team Overview
You will join a proactive Cambridge team of 12 building surveyors and project managers, including four Directors, two Associate Directors, four Associates, one Surveyor, and a Team Secretary. The team partners with a wide range of landlords and occupiers, managing fast paced and varied instructions across all sectors.

Nationally, a fully accredited 200-strong surveyor team operates across 31 UK regional offices, providing clients with a comprehensive and consistent service across residential, commercial, and rural property.
