We are seeking an experienced Special Investigator to join our Loss Adjusting team, focusing on potentially fraudulent property claims. You will use your technical expertise to investigate claims thoroughly, gather evidence, and report findings in line with client requirements, while maintaining exceptional customer service.
Key Responsibilities:

Investigate a variety of potential fraudulent property claims ethically and professionally

Gather, analyse, and present evidence to support recommendations

Conduct interviews and take statements where required

Prepare accurate and timely reports and correspondence

Ensure adherence to client SLAs, KPIs, and regulatory standards

Provide excellent customer service at all times

Contribute positively to the team, sharing knowledge and suggestions

Promote Treating Customers Fairly (TCF) principles
Key Skills and Experience:

Strong knowledge of property fraud claims and investigative principles

Excellent communication, negotiation, and IT skills
-
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

High level of personal and professional integrity

Ability to work accurately under pressure and to deadlines

Flexible and adaptable approach

Minimum 3 years’ experience in an external claims or investigative role

Full UK driving licence
-
Cert CILA or Cert CII (or progression) is advantageous but not essential
