We are working with a well-established engineering consultancy that is looking to appoint an experienced Senior Associate to support the delivery of complex projects while contributing to the continued growth of the business.
This role will involve leading multiple projects, ensuring high-quality technical delivery, and maintaining strong client relationships. The successful candidate will oversee design processes, lead technical reviews, and ensure quality assurance standards are met across all project deliverables.
In addition to project leadership, the Senior Associate will play an important role in mentoring engineers and supporting the development of the wider team. The position also offers the opportunity to contribute to business development initiatives, improve internal processes, and help drive technical excellence across the organisation.
