An established and highly respected organisation within the insurance and claims sector is looking for an accomplished Loss Adjuster to take the lead on some of the most complex, high-value, and technically challenging claims in the market. From high net worth portfolios to major losses and specialist cases such as subsidence and escape of oil, you will play a key role in guiding clients through critical moments.

Key Responsibilities

  • Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving complex technical detail

  • Leading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair and timely outcomes

  • Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers, providing clarity and confidence throughout the claims process

  • Handling specialist claims including subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property losses

  • Supporting the wider team through knowledge sharing and contributing to continuous improvement and best practice

What You’ll Need

  • Proven experience working as a Loss Adjuster, ideally with exposure to high-value and technically complex claims

  • Strong technical knowledge across property losses

  • Confidence managing challenging scenarios and complex investigations

  • A calm, adaptable approach with the ability to balance empathy and commercial awareness

  • Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

  • Ability to commute into London within approximately two hours when required
