From high net worth portfolios to major losses and specialist cases such as subsidence and escape of oil, you will play a key role in guiding clients through critical moments.

Key Responsibilities

Managing a diverse caseload of high net worth and major loss claims, often involving complex technical detail

Leading investigations, assessing damage, and coordinating with experts to deliver fair and timely outcomes

Acting as a trusted advisor to clients, brokers, and insurers, providing clarity and confidence throughout the claims process

Handling specialist claims including subsidence, escape of oil, and other complex property losses

Supporting the wider team through knowledge sharing and contributing to continuous improvement and best practice
What You’ll Need

Proven experience working as a Loss Adjuster, ideally with exposure to high-value and technically complex claims

Strong technical knowledge across property losses

Confidence managing challenging scenarios and complex investigations

A calm, adaptable approach with the ability to balance empathy and commercial awareness

Strong communication skills and the ability to build rapport with clients, brokers, and stakeholders

Ability to commute into London within approximately two hours when required
