We are excited to be working with a well-established, forward-thinking consultancy that’s looking to appoint an experiencedSenior Quantity Surveyor to join their Plymouth office. The Role:
As a Senior QS, you’ll be a key player in the delivery of cost management services from feasibility through to final account. You’ll take the lead on projects, mentor junior team members, and build strong client relationships. The role involves:
Leading cost management on projects across residential, commercial, and infrastructure sectors.
Managing RIBA stages pre- and post-contract.
Administering JCT contracts (essential) and NEC contracts (desirable).
Preparing and presenting detailed cost analysis.
Championing sustainability, social value, and innovation in every project.
Supporting and guiding junior colleagues.
What We’re Looking For:
Chartered, or working towards chartership with RICS or CIOB.
Proven consultancy experience (residential experience is essential).
Strong commercial acumen and client-facing skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft 365; experience with cost-management software such as CADMeasure or iTWO CostX is a bonus.
