We’re looking for experienced and driven Property/Subsidence Claims Handlers to join our award-winning Subsidence Services Division.
In this role, you’ll manage a portfolio of complex and large subsidence claims, acting as the main point of contact for clients and guiding them through every stage of the claims process. You’ll need to be organised, resilient, and customer-focused — with a genuine passion for delivering excellent service.
With full training and ongoing support, you’ll handle claims efficiently and empathetically, making fair, informed decisions based on each customer’s individual circumstances.
You’ll be part of a collaborative, supportive environment where your expertise can grow and your contribution truly matters.
What You’ll Bring
Experience in managing property claims – essential for success in this role.
Excellent communication skills – able to engage clearly and confidently with policyholders, insurers, and contractors, and negotiate fair settlements.
Strong work ethic and adaptability – capable of managing workloads effectively, especially during busy periods.
