About the Role
Our client is seeking an experienced Project Manager to join their Milton Keynes office. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing construction projects within a consultancy environment, delivering schemes across various sectors - mainly within the Retail and Healthcare sectors.
You will take ownership of multiple projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery to time, budget, and quality standards. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop within a supportive, forward-thinking consultancy that actively encourages mentoring and progression towards chartership.
Key Responsibilities

Manage and deliver multiple construction projects from feasibility through to completion.

Act as the key client interface, ensuring excellent communication and service delivery.

Develop project execution plans and ensure adherence to agreed timescales and budgets.

Lead procurement processes, tender evaluations, and contract administration.

Manage project risk, change control, and reporting procedures.

Coordinate design teams, contractors, and stakeholders.

Ensure compliance with statutory, health & safety, and quality requirements.

Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to their professional development.

Maintain and enhance client relationships and seek opportunities for business growth.
The Person
-
Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, or a related discipline.

Ideally Chartered (MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM) or actively working towards chartership.

Minimum 3–5 years’ project management experience within a consultancy environment.

Strong understanding of construction contracts (JCT)

Excellent communication, leadership, and stakeholder management skills.

Strong commercial and technical awareness.

Full UK driving licence and willingness to travel to project sites.
