The Opportunity

We are seeking a talented and motivated Project Manager to join our growing London team. This role offers genuine career progression, increased visibility with clients and leadership, and the opportunity to work across a diverse portfolio of high-quality projects.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Delivering client-side project management services across pre- and post-contract stages

• Providing technical advice and leadership throughout the project lifecycle

• Managing programmes, budgets, procurement strategies, and consultant teams

• Coordinating design teams and overseeing contract administration

• Identifying, assessing, and mitigating project risks

• Managing change in scope, programme, or resources while maintaining project outcomes

• Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, health & safety standards, and internal quality procedures

• Building and maintaining strong client and stakeholder relationships

• Reporting clearly on progress, risks, and opportunities to clients and senior leadership

About You

You are a confident and proactive Project Manager with consultancy experience who is motivated by impact, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

You will bring:

• A minimum of 2 years’ experience in consultancy-based construction project management

• Experience working across multiple sectors and project types

• Proven ability to deliver programmes and manage complex project timelines

• Strong understanding of construction methodologies, procurement routes, and design coordination

• Experience managing contract forms such as NEC, JCT, and/or FIDIC

• Solid commercial awareness, including budgeting, cost control, and value engineering

• Strong risk management and problem-solving skills

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills

Qualifications:

• MCIOB, MRICS, APM, or equivalent professional qualification, or

• A clear commitment to achieving chartered status
