Requirements
To lead, develop, and support the delivery of project management services, including technical advice, and pre- and post-contract project management.
MCIOB qualification or equivalent professional qualification (e.g., MRICS, APM), or working towards one
Minimum 2 years’ Construction Project Management experience
Experience across multiple sectors and project types
Proven experience in delivering programmes and project management
Self-motivated, able to set project direction aligned with business goals, inspire teams, and drive performance
Strong understanding of construction methodologies, design coordination, procurement, and contract administration
Skilled in budgeting, cost control, value engineering, and delivering best value
Expertise in identifying, assessing, and mitigating risks, resolving issues before they impact timelines or budgets
Proficient in managing various contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.) and ensuring commercial success
Strong interpersonal skills for building and maintaining relationships with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams
Ability to manage complex project timelines and ensure milestone achievement; experience with Asta Powerproject and/or MS Project is advantageous
Ensures compliance with regulatory standards, health & safety requirements, and internal quality benchmarks
Capable of leading through change while maintaining team focus and morale
Clear and concise communicator with the ability to report progress, challenges, and strategy to leadership and clients
