In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You’ll work within a collaborative, people-focused culture where integrity, innovation, and positive impact underpin everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and deliver construction and development projects from feasibility to completion. 
- Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes. 
- Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives. 
- Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development. 
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards. 
- Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth. 
About You
- Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field. 
- Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) desirable. 
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management environment. 
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. 
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
