We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to join a progressive construction and development consultancy renowned for delivering innovative, sustainable, and high-quality projects across the built environment.

In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You’ll work within a collaborative, people-focused culture where integrity, innovation, and positive impact underpin everything we do.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and deliver construction and development projects from feasibility to completion.

  • Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.

  • Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.

  • Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.

  • Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.

  • Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.

About You

  • Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.

  • Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) desirable.

  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management environment.

  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.

  • Passionate about sustainability and creating long-term value in the built environment.
