In this role, you will lead multi-disciplinary teams, manage client relationships, and oversee the successful delivery of projects from inception to completion. You’ll work within a collaborative, people-focused culture where integrity, innovation, and positive impact underpin everything we do.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and deliver construction and development projects from feasibility to completion.
Manage project budgets, timelines, risks, and resources to ensure successful outcomes.
Coordinate with design teams, contractors, and clients to achieve project objectives.
Maintain strong client relationships and contribute to business development.
Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and sustainability standards.
Mentor and support junior team members, promoting knowledge sharing and professional growth.
About You
Degree-qualified in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, or a related field.
Chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., RICS, CIOB, APM) desirable.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a consultancy or client-side project management environment.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively.
