An exciting opportunity has arisen for a driven Project Manager to join a leading property consultancy delivering capital projects across the healthcare sector in Yorkshire. Working across NHS Trusts, private healthcare providers, and design teams, you will lead the successful delivery of healthcare developments from feasibility through to handover.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage multiple healthcare projects (new builds, refurbishments, upgrades) from inception to completion
  • Lead client, consultant, and contractor engagement throughout the lifecycle
  • Prepare project briefs, scopes of work, and manage procurement
  • Ensure project delivery aligns with time, cost, quality, and compliance objectives (HTM/HBN standards)
  • Oversee risk, change control, stakeholder reporting, and programme management
  • Support funding applications and business case development where required
  • Conduct post-occupancy evaluations and lessons-learned reviews
Requirements:
 
Essential:
  • Proven experience managing construction projects in a healthcare or similarly complex, regulated sector
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
  • Knowledge of HTMs/HBNs or willingness to learn
  • Strong understanding of the full project lifecycle (RIBA stages)
  • Relevant degree (e.g., Construction, Project Management, Building Surveying)
  • Full UK driving license
Desirable:
  • Professional membership: MRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or similar
  • Experience working on NHS schemes or ProCure frameworks
  • Prince2, APM PMQ or equivalent qualification
