Key Responsibilities:
- Undertake professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance surveys, and reinstatement cost assessments.
- Advise clients on building and property issues, covering technical, financial, legal, environmental/sustainability, building regulation, and restoration matters.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to deliver high-quality services.
- Develop and maintain strong client relationships.
- Participate in networking events and professional development activities.
- Degree in Building Surveying or a related field.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and relevant software.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Commitment to pursuing RICS chartership through the APC route.
