Due to continued growth, the company is looking to recruit Compartmentation Surveyors at various levels to join its expanding team. The successful candidates will play a key role in delivering high-quality fire compartmentation surveys and supporting clients in understanding and managing passive fire risks within occupied buildings.

Key Responsibilities
Undertake fire compartmentation surveys across a variety of building types
Inspect passive fire protection measures including fire stopping, cavity barriers, and fire doors
Identify defects and non-compliance in relation to current legislation and guidance
Produce clear, accurate, and technically robust survey reports
Liaise with clients, contractors, and internal technical teams
Support the development of remedial strategies where required
Ensure all work is carried out in line with relevant standards, legislation, and best practice
Skills & Experience
Experience in passive fire protection, building surveying, or a related discipline
Previous compartmentation surveying experience is advantageous but not essential (training provided)
Fire risk assessment experience is desirable but not required
Strong technical understanding of fire safety principles and building construction
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to manage workload effectively and work independently
Full UK driving licence preferred
