Join our established team as a Property Claims Technician, where you’ll play a key role in reviewing and assessing scopes of work submitted by our network of Restoration and Construction specialists.
You’ll work closely with local suppliers and clients to agree on the right scope of works, ensuring properties are restored to their pre-loss condition quickly and efficiently. This is a collaborative role that requires strong communication, problem-solving, and negotiation skills.
Key Responsibilities
Build and maintain strong relationships with our network of suppliers
Ensure clear communication between all key stakeholders on each claim
Validate costs and claim coverage accurately
Complete final reconciliations of work carried out
Ensure service levels and client expectations are consistently met
Apply client philosophies to work schedules
Liaise with operatives and clients to agree on a scope of work
Ensure repair schedules are appropriate, efficient, and cost-effective
Offer support and guidance to our supplier network
Resolve any roadblocks effectively to achieve agreed scopes of work
Qualifications & Skills
Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills
Passion for teamwork and collaboration
Excellent organisational and time management skills
High attention to detail and investigative mindset
Required: Experience validating scopes, or strong background in insurance, drying, or construction industries
Strong problem-solving abilities and ability to work efficiently under pressure
Salary & Benefits
Up to £30,000 per annum
Performance-based bonuses: £1,200 twice annually
22 days annual leave plus bank holidays (increasing to 25 days with service)
