We are seeking a Chartered Building Surveyor to join a forward-thinking consultancy, delivering projects across the private and public sectors. What You’ll Be Doing
Carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations and party wall awards
Conducting defects diagnosis and pre-acquisition surveys
Preparing planned preventative maintenance programmes and asset condition schedules
Completing measured surveys and preparing floor plans
Producing design and specification documents
Leading contract administration and overseeing quality and technical monitoring
What We’re Looking For
Degree qualified in Building Surveying
Chartered status (MRICS)
Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build long-term relationships
Excellent technical delivery and specification writing skills
Knowledge of JCT contracts
Consultancy background with proven team collaboration experience
