Key Responsibilities Working primarily within the commercial property sector, you will:
- Lead on contract administration and project management
- Undertake Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys
- Manage dilapidations assessments and negotiations
- Carry out building pathology investigations
- Deliver a range of general building surveying duties aligned to your experience
- Build and strengthen client relationships to support business growth
- Produce clear, robust, and commercially focused reports and recommendations
- A degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
- MRICS qualification (or Associate equivalent, or actively working towards it)
- Proven experience in a commercially driven surveying environment
- Strong understanding of commercial building contracts and administration
- Excellent technical building knowledge and awareness of current industry standards
- Outstanding report writing and communication skills
- Commercial acumen with the ability to meet fee targets and support business development
- Confidence working independently and collaboratively
- A proactive mindset, embracing new technologies and digital tools
- Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
