We’re delighted to present an outstanding opportunity for a Chartered (up to Associate level) Building Surveyor to join a dynamic and growing team in Dublin.

Key Responsibilities Working primarily within the commercial property sector, you will:
  • Lead on contract administration and project management
  • Undertake Technical Due Diligence (TDD) surveys
  • Manage dilapidations assessments and negotiations
  • Carry out building pathology investigations
  • Deliver a range of general building surveying duties aligned to your experience
  • Build and strengthen client relationships to support business growth
  • Produce clear, robust, and commercially focused reports and recommendations
Candidate Profile – Skills & Experience We’re looking for someone with:
  • A degree in Building Surveying (or equivalent)
  • MRICS qualification (or Associate equivalent, or actively working towards it)
  • Proven experience in a commercially driven surveying environment
  • Strong understanding of commercial building contracts and administration
  • Excellent technical building knowledge and awareness of current industry standards
  • Outstanding report writing and communication skills
  • Commercial acumen with the ability to meet fee targets and support business development
  • Confidence working independently and collaboratively
  • A proactive mindset, embracing new technologies and digital tools
  • Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
