What you will do
Monitor projects, budgets and schedules effectively
Advise clients on property matters including maintenance, repairs and compliance
Support development projects and offer professional guidance within the practice
Collaborate with clients and internal colleagues to deliver tailored solutions
Use AutoCAD and other software tools to produce accurate design, construction drawings, and reports
About
Qualified Building Surveyor or Architect (ARB) with a minimum of five years’ post-qualification experience
Strong team player who works well with management and consultancy colleagues
Enthusiastic and motivated to help grow and develop the service offering
Practical knowledge of construction processes, regulatory environment, and cost control
Excellent communicator, capable of engaging professionally with clients and funders
Technically proficient: confident using Excel, Word, AutoCAD and other relevant tools; experienced in preparing reports to agreed formats
Holder of a full UK driving licence
