Key Responsibilities
- Carrying out condition surveys, dilapidations and party wall awards
- Undertaking defects diagnosis and pre-acquisition surveys
- Preparing planned preventative maintenance programmes and asset condition schedules
- Completing measured surveys and preparing floor plans
- Producing design documentation and specification writing
- Leading contract administration and overseeing quality and technical monitoring
- Degree qualified in Building Surveying
- MRICS qualified or working towards Chartership
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build and maintain long-term relationships
- Excellent technical delivery and specification writing abilities
- Knowledge of JCT contracts
- Consultancy background with proven team collaboration experience
- Salary up to £65,000 per annum depending on experience
