What You’ll Do
Lead and deliver a range of projects including Contract Administration, Planned Maintenance, Dilapidations, Development Monitoring, Due Diligence, Condition Surveys, Party Wall matters, and Reinstatement Cost Assessments
Build and maintain strong client relationships, winning new business and generating revenue
Support and mentor junior team members, contributing to team growth and performance
Collaborate with colleagues across departments to deliver excellent client service and business development initiatives
Who You Are
RICS-qualified Chartered Building Surveyor
Experienced in commercial property work (residential exposure is a bonus)
A strategic thinker with strong commercial acumen and problem-solving skills
Confident in pitching, winning new business, and acting as a trusted adviser to clients
A proactive team player who enjoys mentoring and developing others
