What you’ll do
Support internal property management teams and nurture client relationships
Lead projects across residential, commercial, retail, and logistics sectors
Contribute to business development by securing new instructions
Provide expert advice on building surveying projects, from inception to completion
Project Work Includes
Design, project management, and contract administration
Internal refurbishment and fit-out projects
Project management of M&E upgrades
External repairs and redecoration
Building defects and pathology investigations
Licence to alter monitoring
What we offer
Salary: £65,000 – £100,000 (dependent on experience)
