What You’ll Be DoingClient Leadership & Relationship Management

  • Own and manage key client accounts with a focus on retention and repeat business.

  • Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across investment, development, and occupier sectors.

Business Development

  • Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.

  • Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and execute strategic growth plans.

Project Oversight & Delivery

  • Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with seamless, value-added solutions.

Team Leadership

  • Inspire, mentor, and develop junior colleagues to unlock their full potential.

  • Allocate resources effectively to meet evolving client and project needs.

Financial Management

  • Take full ownership of divisional P&L, setting financial targets and delivering profitability.

  • Ensure financial controls and reporting standards are met across all projects.

Market Insight & Representation

  • Stay ahead of market trends to provide strategic insight and thought leadership.

  • Represent the business at industry events and forums, elevating our brand and presence in the market.

What We’re Looking ForExperience & Credentials

  • 8–10 years+ in UK real estate consultancy or agency, with a proven record in business development and team leadership.

  • MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) – highly desirable.

Key Skills

  • Strong commercial and strategic thinking.

  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

  • Confident leadership style with a collaborative, people-first approach.

  • Integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.

Other Requirements

  • Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
