What You’ll Be DoingClient Leadership & Relationship Management
Own and manage key client accounts with a focus on retention and repeat business.
Build and strengthen relationships with stakeholders across investment, development, and occupier sectors.
Business Development
Drive growth by identifying new business opportunities and converting them into long-term partnerships.
Work closely with the senior leadership team to shape and execute strategic growth plans.
Project Oversight & Delivery
Lead the successful delivery of projects, ensuring they’re completed on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide clients with seamless, value-added solutions.
Team Leadership
Inspire, mentor, and develop junior colleagues to unlock their full potential.
Allocate resources effectively to meet evolving client and project needs.
Financial Management
Take full ownership of divisional P&L, setting financial targets and delivering profitability.
Ensure financial controls and reporting standards are met across all projects.
Market Insight & Representation
Stay ahead of market trends to provide strategic insight and thought leadership.
Represent the business at industry events and forums, elevating our brand and presence in the market.
What We’re Looking ForExperience & Credentials
8–10 years+ in UK real estate consultancy or agency, with a proven record in business development and team leadership.
MRICS-qualified (or equivalent) – highly desirable.
Key Skills
Strong commercial and strategic thinking.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Confident leadership style with a collaborative, people-first approach.
Integrity, professionalism, and adaptability.
Other Requirements
Willingness to travel across the region as needed.
