You will play a pivotal role in shaping and delivering beautifully crafted projects with uncompromising standards of design, detail, and execution.
Role Overview
As Associate Director, you will lead the full delivery lifecycle of high-end residential projects, working directly with UHNW private clients and steering multidisciplinary teams to achieve outstanding outcomes. Positioned directly beneath the senior leadership team, you will have the autonomy, influence, and support needed to drive both project excellence and business growth.
Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership

Lead the delivery of ultra-prime residential projects (£30m+), ensuring exceptional quality across design, detailing, and execution.

Serve as the main point of contact for UHNW private clients, providing a highly personalised and discreet service.

Oversee project planning, procurement, cost management, and delivery to exacting standards.

Manage consultant teams, contractors, and suppliers, maintaining rigorous control over quality, timelines, and commercial outcomes.
Client Relationship Management

Build trusted, long-term relationships with UHNW clients, architects, and design teams.

Communicate complex project information clearly, confidently, and professionally at all stages.

Represent my client with discretion, gravitas, and credibility.
Team & Business Leadership

Provide leadership, mentoring, and guidance to project teams.

Skills & Experience

Proven track record managing high-end or ultra-prime residential projects, ideally in the London market.

Commercially astute, detail-driven, and capable of delivering projects to the highest possible standards.
