We are seeking a motivated Building Surveyor at APC level through to Associate to join a dynamic team in Manchester or Birmingham. This is a unique opportunity to work across a variety of commercial, residential, and mixed-use projects, with a particular focus on Party Wall matters. While experience across building surveying is welcome, candidates with an interest in Party Wall work will be highly valued.
The role covers Party Wall projects from Manchester down to Watford, providing exposure to high-profile schemes across a broad geographic area.
Key Responsibilities:
Support Party Wall and general building surveying projects across commercial, residential, and mixed-use developments.
Act as a key point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders.
Deliver projects efficiently, on time, and to budget, providing technical advice and reporting as required.
Contribute to the growth and development of the Party Wall service line.

Work spans across the North and Midlands, including:
Complex city-centre regeneration schemes
Large-scale office-to-residential conversions
High-end residential projects and neighbourly matters
Mixed-use and new-build developments
Benefits & Salary:
£35,000 – £70,000 DOE + Car Allowance + Performance-based Bonus (10–15%)
