Salary: Competitive Base + OTE £60,000 – £80,000

The Opportunity
This is a warm 360 desk within our Building Safety division, focusing on:
Building Control Surveyors
Registered Building Inspectors
CDM Professionals
Health & Safety Teams
You’ll inherit live active roles and have access to established company clients for immediate outreach and revenue generation. This is a high-potential desk with strong existing relationships and clear growth opportunity.

What You’ll Be Doing
This is a full 360 recruitment role, including:
Business development with warm and new clients
Managing and expanding existing accounts
Candidate sourcing and headhunting within building safety markets
Managing the full recruitment lifecycle from brief to placement
Negotiating offers and closing deals
Building long-term client and candidate relationships
You’ll have full ownership of your desk with the support of a collaborative and experienced team.
What We’re Looking For
Proven experience in 360 recruitment
Strong billing track record
Experience within built environment, technical, or professional services recruitment (preferred but not essential)
Confident in business development and client relationship management
Self-motivated and capable of working autonomously
Driven to maximise earnings
