Property Loss Adjuster – Dublin

Are you an experienced loss adjuster ready to join a leading global loss‑adjusting firm’s Dublin team? We’re seeking a skilled Property Loss Adjuster to manage a varied portfolio of domestic, commercial and construction‑related claims across Ireland.

As Property Loss Adjuster, you’ll own end‑to‑end claim handling—from site inspection through to report delivery and settlement recommendations. You’ll work closely with insurers, brokers and policyholders to ensure fair, timely resolutions on losses up to €500k+.
Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct on‑site surveys for domestic, commercial, CAR and third‑party property claims
  • Prepare clear, technically robust Preliminary and Final Reports with repair and payment recommendations
  • Liaise with contractors, engineers and insurers to validate scopes of loss and cost estimates
  • Manage your own case load (50–100 WIP) and drive efficient closure in line with SLAs
  • Support catastrophe response when required, collaborating with cross‑border teams
  • Mentor junior adjusters and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
What You Bring
  • Chartered Diploma in Loss Adjusting (C.Dip LA) or equivalent accreditation (e.g. ACILA, RICS)
  • 3–7 years’ PQE in property loss adjusting, with claims values up to €500,000+
  • Excellent technical report‑writing, negotiation and stakeholder‑management skills
  • Full right to work in Ireland and flexibility to travel nationwide
  • Strong client‑focused mindset, paired with commercial acumen and attention to detail
Why This Opportunity?
  • Join an international network of 40+ countries with specialist technical support
  • Structured CPD, mentoring and clear career progression paths
  • Competitive salary, fees‑based bonus structure and benefits package
  • Collaborative culture that values innovation, quality and work‑life balance
