Rotate Recruitment is looking for a Domestic Loss Adjuster, your role is critical in providing support and resolution to individuals facing significant property damage. You will act as a steady presence for customers in distress, managing a caseload of claims from initial assessment to final settlement. Your ability to navigate challenging situations such as burst pipes, fires, and storm damage is essential in offering reassurance and guidance during these difficult times.
Your responsibilities will encompass visiting claimants across North Wales at their homes, coordinating with contractors, and compiling thorough reports to facilitate the claims process. While prior insurance experience is required, possessing qualities such as a curious mind, effective communication skills, and a compassionate nature will be invaluable in this role. Working both independently and as part of a supportive team, you will receive training to develop the necessary technical knowledge and managerial support.
