The Opportunity
We are seeking a confident and capable Chartered Building Surveyor to join a busy Manchester office. Applications are welcomed from individuals with experience up to Associate Director level who are looking to progress their career in a well-established, multi-disciplinary environment.
You will deliver a full range of professional and project-based Building Surveying services across diverse sectors, collaborating closely with clients and colleagues to ensure successful outcomes.
What We’re Looking For
MRICS-qualified (essential)
Strong background in both professional and project-based building surveying
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Proven ability to manage your own workload and support junior staff
Commercially aware with a client-focused approach
What’s on Offer
Salary: Up to £75,000 (dependent on experience)
Car allowance
Parking: Provided or fully paid for
Employee Ownership Trust (EOT) distribution: Typically ~10% of base salary, paid biannually
Discretionary bonus: At Associate level, paid twice yearly
Pension: 5% employer contribution (plus 3% employee contribution currently covered by the company)
Life assurance: 5x base salary
Private medical insurance: Available after 3 months (includes family cover option)
Holiday: 26 days + 1 day at Christmas, increasing with service

Company laptop, mobile phone, and all required PPE provided
