Chartered Building Surveyor – up to Associate Director

Chartered Building Surveyors to join their expanding Building Consultancy team in London. This is a fantastic opportunity to work across a wide range of sectors in a forward-thinking, supportive environment.

The Role As part of the Building Consultancy team, you’ll deliver a diverse range of professional services while building strong client relationships and contributing to the growth of the business. This is a client-facing role with a hybrid mix of home and office working.

Key Responsibilities
  • Undertake professional instructions including dilapidations, technical due diligence (TDD), acquisition surveys, schedules of condition, planned preventative maintenance (PPM), feasibility studies, and party wall matters
  • Provide expert advice on technical, financial, legal, sustainability, building regulation, and restoration issues
  • Coordinate with external consultants for detailed surveys and reports
  • Produce and present high-quality reports to clients
  • Play an active role in business development and client relationship management
About You
  • MRICS Chartered Surveyor
  • Experience in the commercial property sector preferred
  • Strong communication and organisational skills
  • High computer literacy and strong reporting skills
  • Confident working both independently and as part of a team
  • Full UK driving licence
