Our client, a leading division in commercial surveying and design, is seeking a Building Surveyor to join their diverse team of Chartered Building Surveyors, Technicians, and RIBA Architects.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead projects to reinstate commercial properties post-damage, with values ranging from £50k to £5m.
Perform technical reporting, defects diagnosis, and prepare tender documents. Manage contract administration, project management, and Schedule of Works.
Requirements:
Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards MRICS with a related degree.
UK driving license required.
Thorough understanding of building construction and legislation.
Experience in project planning and contract administration.
Strong decision-making skills and ability to manage workload effectively.
