Our client, a leading division in commercial surveying and design, is seeking a talented Building Surveyor to join their diverse team of Chartered Building Surveyors, Technicians, and RIBA Architects.

This role offers the opportunity to work on a variety of commercial projects while collaborating closely with Loss Adjusting teams across the London region. Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead projects to reinstate commercial properties post-damage, with project values ranging from £50k to £5m
  • Carry out technical reporting, diagnose defects, and prepare tender documents
  • Manage contract administration, project management, and Schedule of Works
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams and Loss Adjusters to ensure smooth project delivery
Requirements:
  • Chartered Building Surveyor or working towards MRICS with a related degree
  • UK driving licence
  • Strong understanding of building construction and relevant legislation
  • Experience in project planning and contract administration
  • Excellent decision-making skills and ability to manage multiple workloads effectively
