What We’re Looking For:
- Driving License: Full UK license, as you must be able to travel by car for site visits.
- Professional Qualifications: Ideally working towards or already holding a chartered building qualification (e.g., MCIOB, MRICS, MICE)
- Insurance Knowledge: Insurance-related qualifications (e.g., CILA, CII) are desirable
- Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of structural defects, subsidence issues, drainage systems, and repair methodologies
- Claims Handling: Previous insurance claims handling experience is a plus—training will be provided if needed
- Communication Skills: Confident decision-maker with a focus on delivering excellent service and clear communication
