The Opportunity

Rotate Recruitment is proud to represent a leading international, independent real estate consultancy that’s known for doing things a little differently. Following significant growth and another exceptional year, we are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager to lead and develop a specialist project management team in their well-established Leeds office.
 
This is a fantastic opportunity for a self-driven individual with a passion for delivering high-quality results across varied, high-value real estate projects. The successful candidate will be stepping into a pipeline of cross-sector work, with full support from an established and collaborative national project management network.
 
Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver end-to-end project management across industrial, retail, commercial and residential projects, ranging from £10k to £10 million in value

  • Take full ownership of client briefs and ensure successful delivery against objectives

  • Act as the key point of contact for clients and internal teams; lead the creation and growth of a new specialist project management team

  • Collaborate with Senior Associates and Director-level colleagues to integrate and deliver on existing and upcoming projects

  • Proactively generate and grow business through existing and new client relationships

  • Oversee and manage the design and construction process at all project stages

  • Support professional and social growth within the regional team, contributing to a positive, engaged workplace culture

Skills & Experience Required

  • MRICS Building Surveyor or qualified Project Manager (MAPM, PRINCE2 or similar)

  • Demonstrable experience managing multiple high-value projects (£10m+)

  • Strong client-facing skills and ability to work with minimal supervision

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills

  • In-depth knowledge of relevant UK legislation and regulations

  • Process-oriented, detail-focused, and committed to continuous improvement

Package

  • Salary: Up to £80,000

  • Car Allowance: £6,300

  • Bonus: Double bonus structure
