We are seeking an Associate Director (Project Management) to play a central role in delivering high-rise residential and mixed-use schemes in London.
This position is suited to an experienced Project Manager looking to step into a more senior role or an existing Associate Director seeking a new challenge in a high-growth, entrepreneurial environment. You’ll act as a trusted client advisor, manage stakeholders at all levels, and mentor junior colleagues while ensuring successful project delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Deliver high-value, complex residential and mixed-use developments across the Capital.
Build and maintain strong client relationships, acting as a trusted advisor.
Lead project teams and oversee key aspects of programme, budget, risk, and quality.
Provide mentorship and guidance to junior staff, supporting their professional growth.
Drive stakeholder engagement and ensure smooth collaboration between contractors, consultants, and internal teams.
Contribute to business development, including client networking and supporting on bids/pitches.
Ensure compliance with statutory, contractual, and best practice standards.

About You
5+ years’ experience in a consultancy environment, with a focus on high-rise residential or mixed-use schemes.
Proven track record of delivering projects through the full lifecycle.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to influence at senior levels.
Experience leading and mentoring junior team members.
Commercially astute, with a proactive and solutions-focused mindset.

Salary: £70,000 – £90,000 (DOE).
