The Role As a Senior or Associate Building Surveyor, you’ll be central to delivering expert consultancy services to a diverse client base. You’ll lead projects from inception to completion, manage key client relationships, and play an active role in shaping the future of the team.
Key Responsibilities
- Carry out building surveys, inspections, and detailed reports across multiple property types
- Deliver professional services including dilapidations, party wall matters, schedules of condition, and planned maintenance
- Lead on contract administration and project management for refurbishment and new-build schemes
- Provide strategic advice on asset management, defect diagnosis, and technical due diligence
- Build strong client and stakeholder relationships, ensuring quality service delivery
- Mentor and support junior colleagues, contributing to team development
- MRICS qualified (or working towards) with proven consultancy experience
- Broad technical expertise across a range of property sectors
- Strong track record in professional services and project delivery
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills
- Organised, proactive, and confident managing multiple projects
