Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as the focal point for a range of instructions across commercial sectors, including Cat A & Cat B fit-outs, industrial units, and residential schemes
  • Collaborate closely with the wider team to deliver high-quality client solutions
  • Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their professional development
  • Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to revenue growth as your career progresses
Experience, Skills & Qualifications:
  • MRICS qualification
  • Experience across commercial real estate sectors such as retail, office, and industrial
  • Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop both your career and the company’s service offering
  • Strong client-facing skills with the ability to establish and grow a client base
  • Full UK driving licence
