- Mentor and manage junior team members, supporting their professional development
- Build and nurture client relationships, contributing to revenue growth as your career progresses
- MRICS qualification
- Experience across commercial real estate sectors such as retail, office, and industrial
- Enthusiastic, motivated, and eager to develop both your career and the company’s service offering
- Strong client-facing skills with the ability to establish and grow a client base
- Full UK driving licence
