Key Responsibilities Working predominantly in the commercial property sector, you will deliver a broad range of building surveying services, with opportunities to lead on project management.
Responsibilities include:
- Contract Administration
- Project Monitoring
- Refurbishment and Redevelopment Projects
- Pre-Acquisition Surveys
- Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
- Technical Due Diligence
- Dilapidations and other core commercial building surveying services
- Chartered status (MRICS) essential/preferred
- Degree in Building Surveying
- Proven expertise across core commercial surveying areas such as dilapidations and contract administration
- Strong technical knowledge of building practices and commercial building contracts
- Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
- Track record of working in a fast-paced, proactive environment
- Ability to meet fee targets and contribute to business development through client relationship management
- Comfortable using technology and digital tools to drive efficiency
- A confident team player who can also work independently
- Clear, concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
- Business-minded, client-focused, and commercially aware
- Positive contributor to team and company-wide initiatives
- Experienced in the use of digital dictation systems (advantageous)
