An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Senior Chartered Building Surveyor / Associate to join a leading commercial building surveying team. Key Responsibilities Working predominantly in the commercial property sector, you will deliver a broad range of building surveying services, with opportunities to lead on project management.

Responsibilities include:
  • Contract Administration
  • Project Monitoring
  • Refurbishment and Redevelopment Projects
  • Pre-Acquisition Surveys
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • Technical Due Diligence
  • Dilapidations and other core commercial building surveying services
Candidate Requirements:
  • Chartered status (MRICS) essential/preferred
  • Degree in Building Surveying
  • Proven expertise across core commercial surveying areas such as dilapidations and contract administration
  • Strong technical knowledge of building practices and commercial building contracts
  • Excellent report writing, communication, and presentation skills
  • Track record of working in a fast-paced, proactive environment
  • Ability to meet fee targets and contribute to business development through client relationship management
  • Comfortable using technology and digital tools to drive efficiency

  • A confident team player who can also work independently
  • Clear, concise communicator with excellent written and verbal skills
  • Business-minded, client-focused, and commercially aware
  • Positive contributor to team and company-wide initiatives
  • Experienced in the use of digital dictation systems (advantageous)
