Key Responsibilities
- Lead the delivery of complex and high-profile projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Act as the key point of contact for clients, building strong relationships and ensuring their expectations are exceeded.
- Manage and coordinate project teams, including internal colleagues, consultants, and contractors, to achieve seamless delivery.
- Oversee all stages of the project lifecycle, from feasibility and design through to construction and handover.
- Prepare and monitor project programmes, budgets, risk registers, and reports.
- Support procurement processes, including tendering, contract administration, and negotiation.
- Provide mentorship and support to junior team members, fostering their professional growth and development.
- Identify opportunities to improve project delivery processes and contribute to the growth of the business.
- Degree in construction, project management, surveying, or a related discipline.
- Ideally, chartered status (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB) or working towards professional accreditation.
- Significant experience managing construction or property-related projects, with a proven track record of successful delivery.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with experience managing multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercially astute, with experience managing budgets and controlling costs effectively.
- Proficiency in relevant project management tools and software.
