You’ll gain exposure to a broad client base, primarily within commercial property, with the opportunity to support on residential sectors too.

• MRICS qualified
• Strong client facing and communication skills
• Ability to understand client needs and offer pragmatic, commercial advice
• Confident working across multiple workstreams and deadlines
• Track record of fee delivery or revenue generation
• Trusted advisor with strong stakeholder engagement
• Proactive, collaborative and able to guide junior colleagues

 

Your responsibilities
• Provide excellent client service and tailored advice
• Work with clients to shape strategic solutions
• Support business development and raise the profile of the team
• Build strong relationships with new and existing clients
• Collaborate across internal teams to maximise opportunities
• Contribute to pitches and presentations
• Mentor and support junior surveyors
• Help deliver business growth objectives
• Maintain professional and process compliance

 

About the team
The national Building and Project Consultancy team supports clients through every stage of the property lifecycle, combining technical excellence with commercial insight. Working with investor, developer and occupier clients, the team provides services including due diligence, project management, dilapidations, design, refurbishment, development advisory and maintenance planning. You’ll join a supportive and ambitious environment with national and international reach.
