Role Overview

We are looking to hire a Recruitment Consultant or Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our Construction Consultancy team. This role offers the opportunity to take ownership of a very warm desk, working with existing house clients and live roles that generate full commission from day one, While Rotate Recruitment operates across multiple construction consultancy disciplines, this role will focus on one specialist area, allowing you to build depth, credibility, and long-term client partnerships within your chosen market.

Construction Consultancy Specialisms

Rotate Recruitment recruits across professional construction consultancy disciplines including:

  • Building Surveying

  • Project Management

  • Quantity Surveying

  • Building Control

  • Fire Engineering

  • Built Environment / Construction Consultancy

👉 You will specialise in one of these areas, not all.

Experience in any of the above is beneficial; however, full training will be provided for recruiters moving into a new sector.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from client briefing through to placement and aftercare

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing house clients within your specialist discipline

  • Proactively source and engage candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and the internal database

  • Deliver a consultative recruitment service to both clients and candidates

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities within your specialist market

  • Consistently meet and exceed individual revenue targets

Candidate Requirements

Essential

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience as a Recruitment Consultant

  • Commercial mindset with a strong billing focus

  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to manage multiple live roles in a fast-paced environment

Desirable

  • Experience recruiting within construction, consultancy, or the built environment

Candidates moving sectors will receive structured training and ongoing support.
