Established in 2022, they are a boutique consultancy firm based in Leeds & London, specialising in project management and strategic vision. Their core focus is on understanding client objectives to deliver tailored solutions that add value throughout every stage of the project lifecycle. Working across the commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, as well as mixed-use developments, they are dedicated to achieving outstanding project outcomes. As a growing business, they offer an exciting opportunity for professionals to take on real responsibility and contribute to meaningful projects shaping the built environment.

Role Overview

They are currently seeking an ambitious and driven project manager to join their team in a full-time capacity, based in their Leeds office. This role involves managing a variety of significant projects across commercial, industrial, and retail sectors, along with wider mixed-use developments within the high rise residential sector.

They are particularly interested in candidates ready to embrace responsibility and make a tangible impact within a small but expanding consultancy. Working closely with senior leadership and clients, the successful candidate will gain hands-on experience across all stages of the project lifecycle—from initial planning through to final delivery. The role offers exposure to a diverse range of project types and scales, providing the opportunity to hone skills in project management, client engagement, and strategic development.

Key Responsibilities

- Project Management: Oversee and manage projects from inception to completion, ensuring timely delivery within scope and budget.
- Client Liaison: Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure a clear understanding of their vision and objectives, translating these into successful project outcomes.
- Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with internal teams, external contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project coordination and delivery.
- Strategic Planning: Play an active role in the strategic development of projects, ensuring alignment with client goals and wider business objectives.
- Risk Management: Identify potential project risks and implement mitigation strategies to prevent disruptions to delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present regular progress reports to clients and internal teams, ensuring transparency and accountability throughout the project lifecycle.

Expectations & Qualifications

- Education: A degree in project management, construction management, or a related field is desirable, or working towards. Professional accreditation (e.g., APM, RICS, PMI) is desirable but not mandatory.
- Experience: Candidates should have practical experience in project management, ideally within the commercial, industrial, or retail sectors. Experience in mixed-use developments is a plus.
- Skills: Strong communication, organisational, and problem-solving abilities are essential, as the role involves managing multiple projects and stakeholders. Leadership skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work under pressure are crucial for success.
- Flexibility: The role will involve occasional UK travel, so candidates must be adaptable and capable of managing their time effectively across different project locations.

What They Offer

- Salary: Competitive salary ranging from £60,000 to £80,000, depending on experience.
- Flexibility: They support flexible working arrangements to promote a healthy work-life balance.
- Professional Development: As a growing business, they provide significant opportunities for career progression and personal development. You’ll have the chance to take on real responsibility, influence the direction of projects, and grow within the company.
- Dynamic Environment: Be part of a vibrant, collaborative team that values innovation, excellence, and a commitment to quality in project delivery.

This role provides the perfect opportunity for a proactive and motivated individual to advance their career within a company that is committed to growth and excellence. If you're ready to take the next step and join a consultancy that values your skills, offers real progression, and works on exciting projects across the UK, they would love to hear from you.
