Project Manager / Senior Project Manager

We are working with a leading, purpose-driven built environment consultancy that's redefining project delivery across the construction sector. Recognised internationally for its commitment to sustainability and ethical impact, this firm offers an exciting opportunity for a forward-thinking Project Manager or Senior Project Manager to join their expanding London team.
This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative, mission-led environment and combines technical excellence with a client-first mindset. The team is particularly keen to speak with candidates who have experience in the heritage, arts, leisure, or hotel sectors, including those transitioning from client-side roles, contract administration, or postgraduate retraining (e.g. MSc programmes). Please note, infrastructure or civils backgrounds are not the right fit for this position.
What You'll Be Doing
You'll take ownership of project delivery from inception to completion, supporting clients and internal teams with clarity, empathy, and initiative. This includes:
Leading client engagement and day-to-day project coordination
Providing strategic and technical input across pre- and post-contract stages
Supporting junior team members while maintaining high delivery standards
Navigating complex timelines and adapting effectively to project changes
What We're Looking For
A minimum of 2 years' experience in consultancy project management (construction)
Chartered status (MCIOB, MRICS, APM) or clear progression toward qualification
Strong experience across varied sectors and building types
Deep understanding of procurement, design coordination, contract admin
Proven ability to deliver programmes and manage risks/issues proactively
Commercially astute with budgeting, value engineering, and cost control expertise
Strong working knowledge of contract forms (NEC, JCT, FIDIC, etc.)
Proficiency in Asta Power Project and/or MS Project is desirable
Outstanding interpersonal and communication skills
A genuine interest in sustainability and progressive construction practices
