About the Role

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Project Manager to join the Manchester office of a globally recognised property consultancy. The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities
  • Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
  • Coordinate and manage project teams, including consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery.
  • Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
  • Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk assessments.
  • Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation.
  • Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project delivery.
Key Skills and Experience
  • Degree in a related field such as construction, project management, or surveying.
  • Ideally, chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
  • Proven experience managing construction or property-related projects, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
  • Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
  • Commercially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
  • Knowledge of relevant project management tools and software.
