The successful candidate will work on a diverse range of high-profile projects across sectors such as commercial, residential, retail, and mixed-use developments. Key Responsibilities
- Manage end-to-end delivery of projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- Coordinate and manage project teams, including consultants, contractors, and other stakeholders, to ensure seamless delivery.
- Maintain strong client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
- Prepare and manage project programmes, budgets, and risk assessments.
- Oversee procurement processes, including tendering and contract negotiation.
- Monitor and report on project progress, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations, standards, and best practices.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and innovation to enhance project delivery.
- Degree in a related field such as construction, project management, or surveying.
- Ideally, chartered status or working towards professional accreditation (e.g., MRICS, MAPM, MCIOB).
- Proven experience managing construction or property-related projects, with a strong understanding of the full project lifecycle.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Commercially aware, with the ability to manage budgets and control costs effectively.
- Knowledge of relevant project management tools and software.
