We are looking for an experienced Major Loss Adjuster to manage a portfolio of high-value commercial property claims, from initial investigation through to settlement. This is a key role for someone who can handle complex losses while maintaining strong relationships with clients, brokers, and insurers, delivering a professional service every time.

Responsibilities
Investigate, negotiate, and agree settlement of major and complex claims in a professional and timely manner
Carry out on-site investigations and surveys for property damage claims
Prepare detailed reports in line with industry standards and internal requirements
Liaise with all stakeholders to ensure claims are progressed efficiently and effectively
Identify opportunities for business development and contribute to team growth
Support projects and ad hoc assignments as required
About You
CILA qualification, or significant progress towards it, is advantageous; other industry qualifications are desirable
Proven experience managing large and complex commercial property claims
Strong negotiation, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and organisational abilities
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships across the insurance market
Willingness to travel across the region as needed
