We’re looking for experienced Property Loss Adjusters to join a growing national team. You’ll handle a varied caseload of domestic and commercial property claims, managing losses of differing complexity and value. What You’ll Do

  • Manage a diverse portfolio of property claims, ensuring files are handled efficiently and in line with service standards.

  • Process invoices, approve estimates, and issue interim fees promptly.

  • Prepare clear and accurate site notes, reports, and supporting documentation.

  • Maintain accurate data and management information throughout the claim lifecycle.

  • Proactively manage caseloads to reduce outstanding files and improve turnaround times.

  • Identify potential fraud or recovery opportunities and escalate appropriately.

  • Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and policyholders, keeping all parties updated.

  • Ensure files meet audit and compliance standards at all times.

  • Occasionally travel nationwide and take part in a standby rota, including weekends and public holidays when required.

What You’ll Bring

  • Proven experience as a Property Loss Adjuster, handling both domestic and commercial claims.

  • Ideally working towards or holding a recognised professional qualification (e.g. Dip CILA).

  • Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.

  • Excellent written and verbal communication.

  • A proactive, detail-focused, and analytical approach.

  • Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.

  • GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, grade A–C.
