You’ll handle a varied caseload of domestic and commercial property claims, managing losses of differing complexity and value. What You’ll Do
Manage a diverse portfolio of property claims, ensuring files are handled efficiently and in line with service standards.
Process invoices, approve estimates, and issue interim fees promptly.
Prepare clear and accurate site notes, reports, and supporting documentation.
Maintain accurate data and management information throughout the claim lifecycle.
Proactively manage caseloads to reduce outstanding files and improve turnaround times.
Identify potential fraud or recovery opportunities and escalate appropriately.
Communicate effectively with clients, brokers, and policyholders, keeping all parties updated.
Ensure files meet audit and compliance standards at all times.
Occasionally travel nationwide and take part in a standby rota, including weekends and public holidays when required.
What You’ll Bring
Proven experience as a Property Loss Adjuster, handling both domestic and commercial claims.
Ideally working towards or holding a recognised professional qualification (e.g. Dip CILA).
Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise competing deadlines.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
A proactive, detail-focused, and analytical approach.
Willingness to travel and stay overnight when required.
GCSEs (or equivalent) including Maths and English, grade A–C.
